Rajeev combines over two decades of experience in AI, product strategy, and leadership. Before founding Effectv.ai, he led global search and AI initiatives at Gartner, driving innovations that impacted millions of users worldwide.

A visiting professor at leading business schools, Rajeev brings an educator’s clarity and a founder’s intensity to rethinking how companies identify and select senior leaders.

He also runs EffectvMentor an executive coaching program for high-perfomance leaders.
Krishnan Raman
Krishnan Raman brings the “human system” side of Effectv to life.

He’s spent 25+ years helping leaders and teams change behavior when the stakes are real, not just learn ideas in a workshop. His work is grounded in principle-based solutions that create sustainable results, and over his career he has enabled 25,000+ leaders across 1000+ organizations in 23 countries.
Sushil Joshi
Sushil heads the People and Talent Transformation Practice at Effectv.

He has spent more than three decades in senior HR and leadership roles across some of India’s most prominent organizations, including Tata Motors, Adani Airport Holdings, Delhi International Airport, Nokia, Lupin and Zee Media. As a CHRO and senior business leader, he has operated across diverse, large-scale businesses and brings a rare perspective on how people, leadership and organizational capability shape business performance.
Abhinav Soni
Abhinav is a product designer who blends empathy, precision, and awareness into every experience he creates. With over a decade in design, including six years leading design at Wynk Music, one of India’s most-loved apps, he’s shaped how millions engage with technology.
